Properties :

-          It is very effective under hight temperature as well as atmospheric dyeing conditions

-          Environmentally friendly

-          Relatively poor in  odour

-          Free of chlorinated hydrocarbons and o phenylphenol

-          More than 90% of the prouduct may be eliminated in biological waste water treatment plants

-          Good emulsion stability and no danger of carrier marks

-          Good levelling and streak covering properties in HT dyeing

-          Negligible soiling of the wool by disperse dyes in case of PES/WO blends

-          No impaiment of light fastness of dyes, if a heat treatment is performed atleast at 160C

-          No development of corrosive gases in exhaust air installations with post-combustion

-          Compatible with the usual dyeing agents for PES and PES blends

 Application :

The optimum quantities of carrier 111 depend on the respective dyestuffs, the dyeing temperature, the depth of shade and the liquor ratio. Thus the given quantities are only standard values.
For liquor ratios of 1:10 - 1:20  and at the following dyeing temperatures we recommend to use :

                                94    -    98 C     between    3.0   and    2.0   g/l
                               100   -   110 C    between    2.0   and    1.0   g/l
                               110   -   130 C    between    1.0   and    0.5    g/l

In some cases ( e.g. very unfavourable  dyestuffs, very low liquor ratios and low dyeing temperatures, e.g. on the jig ) considerably higher amounts may be necessary .
