Fields of application : Universal cleaning and scouring agent with good wetting effect for all types of fibres and blends  
Composition : Alkyl phenol  polyglycol ether
Appearance : Colourless liquid 
Ionic state : Non – ionic + ANIONIC  
Density (20° C) : Approx. 1.1 g/cm3
Viscosity ( 20 °C) : Approx. 340 mPa.s
Solubility : Readily soluble in cold water
Stabilities : Stable to hard water , acids and alkalis in usual concentrations
Storage stability : Approx. 12 months after delivery , if stored in the original unopened drums under the stated conditions
Storage conditions : Recommended storage temperature : +3°C to+35°
  Below  - 5° C the prouduct gets turbid 
  Stir well prior to sampling or use 
Packing : Drum , container

Properties :

SOAP 103         has the following properties , which are independent of the PH –value of the liquor and the washing temperature :

-         Excellent scouring and emulsifying power

-         Good dispersing effect on paraffin and waxes

-         Excellent soil suspending properties

-         Excellent swelling properties during desizing

-         Good milling effect on WO and WO blends

-         90% biological eliminable

 Use :

 SOAP 103      can be used as wetting and scouring agent with excellent cleaning effect for:

-         Washing off any kind of soilings

-         Washing and miling of WO and WO blends in any presentation

-         Prewashing of synthetic fibre material ,particularly of texturized materials

-         Washing off sizes , lubricants and processing agents

-         Prebleaching of CO and CO blends as wetting agent and detergent

-         After soaping of dyed and printed goods

 SOAP 103        can be used on all continuous and discontinuous machines , with the exception of   Jets and jet – similar washing machines . 

Application :

We recommend to apply :

                     Long liquor ratic :
                     (1:20 and above ) :              0.3 – 1.0  g/l     SOAP 103
                     Short liquor ratio :
                     (1 :8  to  1:20 )                    0.5  -2.0  g/l      SOAP 103
                     Continuous process :          1.0 – 5.0  g/l      SOAP 103
                           Washing temperature :              40 – 95° C
